The Working Group chair reports that the technical issues that were
mentioned in the message from mr. Bernstein will all be discussed in
the forthcoming DRUMS meeting.

I have also made the descision that it is reasonable to delay
discussing the gauging of consensus in the WG by the chair until
after this meeting.
