The message, if you care to actually read it this time, says "you can send
mail to <Majordomo at ietf.org>".  You, however, chose to send mail to
Majordomo at ns.ietf.org instead.  Not too surprising that it doesn't work when
you don't follow the printed instructions.

I'll reserve comment on your "example of TOTAL incompetence," as you so
accurately put it.

One has just got to ask if the IETF actually knows what it's going
