Gentlepeople,
	We unfortunately experienced a roughly 10 minute outage of the
IETF Conference network at aproximately 5:15pm Estern today. This outage
was due to a distinct lack of flowing electrons through the main routers
... a breaker blew on a distribution strip. Power was restored
immediately, and after a few minutes for BGP to do its thing, we were back
up. Our appologies for any inconvenience....
