In light of the complaints I've got on Jim Fleming's recent posts to the IETF list, including this one: http://www1.ietf.org/mail-archive/ietf/Current/msg19507.html

I have decided to suspend mr. Fleming's posting rights to the IETF list.

Last time that happened, he was suspended for 2 months; this time it will be for 4 months.
