    There are some proposed changes to the Unicode Bidi algorithm.
    The latest proposed update is here:
	    http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr9/tr9-12.html
    People in IETF concerned with bidi as it relates to IDN, security
    and other applications may wish to keep up with the status of these
    proposed changes.
