I can't guess at the percentages, but at least a few people (who 
do care) took a look at the survey, concluded that answering it 
accurately would take some digging through old notes, assessed 
the odds that the questions, as asked, would yield good and 
useful information, and then decided they had other things to do 
with their lives than to respond to the "survey".
