For STDs, from http://www.ietf.org/

"RFC Pages"
"RFC-Editor Document Database"
"Get RFC text by number within status category (Proposed Standard, Draft Standard, ...)"
"Standards"

Four clicks.

It might have been easier to find, but it's definitely there.
