I'd like commend Nortel for having IP phones in the help area. Particularly when traveling internationally, it avoids the nasty cell roaming charge surprises or the extortionate hotel phone charges. I hope future hosts make that part of their installation and that this feature is added as a nice-to-have to the hosting guidelines.
