Todd Glassey ban -- pretty please?

While I've procmailed Mr Glassey's ramblings, something always spills 
over, and also detracts other IETF participants who then feed the 
troll, and discussion is disrupted.

I'd be more than happy to support a move to ban Mr Glassey. Is it time 
for a PR-action ?
