Hot-Lining MIB

Hi,

I am working on adding Hot-Lining support to a mobile
wireless product line and as a part of the requirement
looking to add SNMP MIB support for the same.  Is
there any IETF standard Hot-Lining MIB in place that
we need to implement or it has to be private
enterprise MIB?
