I am sure both of you can help to improve the existing tools.

I like Pasi's webpage a lot and I don't plan to retrieve any IETF page over GPRS.

That's Python 101. Python 102 is to create the Web pages *and* the syndication feeds from the same database of content (wether the database is in XML, JSON, a RDBMS, etc) :-)
