Syephane - you get the same thing when you go to

http://www.ietf.org/rfc.html

or any RFC for that matter. I think there is a configuration problem with the server.

You don't have permission to access /rfc/rfc4390.txt on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
