So far, I imagine measuring additional effective sessions[1] and measuring attendance at meetings on Friday afternoons compared to other afternoons. One could also measure success as a different ratio: the number of complaints about Friday afternoon slots compared to the number of complaints that there isn't enough time for the needed meetings.
