Marratech is currently being used by the IAOC for its meetings, so I  
am familiar with it.
It works OK but has some tendency to crash.

I am not sure why being acquired by Google makes it unusable for us,  
or if being open-source is a requirement or
even a SHOULD. But that's why there is a consensus process here.
