Encoding of extention marker

Can any one tell me whether the extention marker will be encoded for the
below structure or not.



SAEBearerToBeSetupItemCtxtSUReqIEs 	S1AP-PROTOCOL-IES ::= {
	{ ID id-SAEBearerToBeSetupItemCtxtSUReq	 CRITICALITY reject 	TYPE
SAEBearerToBeSetupItemCtxtSUReq 	PRESENCE mandatory },
	...
}
