Nomcom nominations not encrypted and e-mailed back in clear text

It would be useful if the NomCom nomination web page stored the feedback
encrypted, and did not send the nomination back to me unencrypted
through e-mail.  As far as I can tell, I cannot expect any kind of
privacy for nominations.  If you want to get better feedback on people,
consider improving the feedback system.
