Do not approve patent-encumbered TLS auth standard

Please do not approve the proposed patent-encumbered standard 
for TLS authorization. Turning down this attempt to sneak a 
patent into an IETF standard is the only action consistent
with the IETF's historical, and essential, commitment to
openness.
