Any work group for cross layer architecture

I am a research scolar working in cross layer architecture for heterogeneous network. I would like to contribute some work to draft a RFC for cross layer architecture.

1. is there any IETF mail group / work group for Cross layer architecture of wireless network. Kindly inform me.

2. If not, anybody interested to start a mail group for it
