[IETFMIBS] TC for Integer64

Hi,

I'm writing a MIB that requires an Integer64. Counter64 is not good
enough as I need a signed integer. What is the best current practice for
doing this in SMIv2?

P.S. I'm aware that Integer64 was added in SPPI. Maybe there are rules
for SPPI to SMIv2 conversions that handle this?
