Okay, joining BODY= and HDR= is unnecessary.  

You wrote it elsewhere, the minimally required
additional length for ALT-ADDRESS= is 268, for
HDR=UTF8SMTP it's in theory 12, together that's
281 for MAIL.  

Maybe we could use this worst case also for RCPT
introducing only one magic number 281 (?)
