UTF8SMTP is an extension of SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
allowing the use of UTF-8 in the SMTP envelope for EAI (Email Address
Internationalization) and other purposes.  This memo discusses some
consequences for SPF (Sender Policy Framework).
