for the case of the form ascii at utf8.domain, I still prefer this option.
if domain part is represented as the form of punycode but the receiver smtp and client may not know the non-ASCII domain, the email address must be in the form of ascii at xn--abcdwqerqewrqwe. if this kind of address of ascii at xn--abcdwqerqewrqwe is presented to the human, it is very unfriendly.
