[IMRG] NetMeter

Hi, lately there was an announcement in this mailing list about a net 
performance metering tool called NetMeter. There were people that had 
problems accessing the project webpage. The problem was an issue with our 
IPv6 connection, that now is solved. So if any of you want to access the 
project webpage should now work correctly both in IPv4 and IPv6.
