[imss] FC-SP MIB approved

With the recent IESG approval of the FC-SP MIB draft, all
of the IMSS working group's drafts have been approved for
RFC Publication.  Congratulations and many thanks to the
authors and everyone who has contributed.

The IPS WG mailing list will remain open until the RFC is
actually published, and probably longer.  The IMSS working
group will probably be closed shortly after publication
of the RFC.
