Hello,

FYI the following I-D suggests replacing the phone book
for cellular phones, with an end-to-end approach
(cell phone number is requested from the target cell phone).

-Problem statement probably done (Section 1), 
-Abstract solution done, 
-There is also some new discussion on bootstrapping IKE using PIQ.
