[Int-area] BOF requests to Dublin (Was: FW: 72nd IETF - Working Group/BOF Scheduling)

For anyone considering the submission of a BOF proposal:
Take note of the request deadlines below. Basically, if you
want to have a BOF in Dublin, you should be talking to the
ADs soon, submitting drafts, setting up mailing lists, etc.
