Yeah.  If you can distinguish 'selected' hosts (e.g., by
vendor class identifier, or whatever else), then you
can give a DNS64 address to the ones that aren't "selected"
and you give normal DNS server addresses to ones that are
"selected" for IPv4 addresses.
