That's fine; if the situation were reversed, I'd have the same reservation.
Having stumbled into this less than a week prior to the IETF meeting,
attempting to get the final text done by the IPR WG meeting tomorrow
would be a "haste makes waste" exercise.

I would hope to see a discussion tomorrow about the approach to take
and what the properties of the final text should be.  If "field of
use" is the outcome, Jorge and I probably "win" an action item to
draft the actual text as input to the WG.
