Oops, I read too fast, and you are right.  I assumed that "IETF" would
not be mentioned in the text, since it hasn't changed.  But I see now
that the document changes "IETF" into "IETF" in some places, and that's
fine, of course, although it managed to confuse me.

The remaining nits, as far as I can see, are:

2.1: "Section 1" should be "Section 2" (typo).

2.1: One "IETF" is dropped.  This isn't in the actual license, so it
less important from a legal perspective.  It is still incorrect though,
and may give lay-readers an incorrect view.

In other words, I can't find any serious problems with -02.  Thanks!
