Note: The issue of patents is not currently in scope for the IETF IPR 
WG; see the charter at http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/ipr-charter.html.
If you want to argue about the copyright policies of the IETF, you are 
very welcome to join.

If you wish to argue for a change in the IETF's patent policy, please 
raise the issue on the general IETF list; details on how to subscribe
