[IPsec] FW: [rohc] CDRs for ROHCoIPSec

FYI -- the IPsec work in ROHC WG is nearing completion, and 
before starting WGLC, they're looking for people who commit to 
review the drafts. Some folks in IPSECME WG might be interested...
