We recently resurrected this draft,
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-eronen-ipsec-ikev2-eap-auth-06. It
shouldn't affect session resumption, other than you need to maintain the
authentication method (certs, pre-shared secret, regular EAP, non-PKI EAP)
in the ticket state. I opened Issue #105 for this.
