[Iptel] IT Administrative Domain

Hi,

The RFC states that an IT Administrative Domain is under the administrative
control of a single authority.  What is the scope of a single authority?  Is
a company registered with an IANA Enterprise number considered a single
authority?  Can a large company/carrier obtain multiple ITAD numbers for its
sub-organization units?
