NDproxy issues and draft update

draft-thaler-ipv6-ndproxy-00.txt

Chirayu Patel also made a number of editorial suggestions
and has been brought on board as a co-author.  As a result
the editorial issues are not mentioned at the above page
but have been incorporated into draft -01.

draft-thaler-ipv6-ndproxy-01.txt was submitted last
weekend and is also available at the above URL.
Most of the issues raised previously are addressed in
this version.
