Agreed. I can take a stab at writing some text and forward it to the
editor off-line. I wouldn't imagine that it would be more than a few
sentences/one or two paragraphs. Thanks.

Right -- but as PPPv6 is used in other scopes than 3GPP and 3GPP2 as
well, PPP specification should probably include some discussion of the
assumptions required for disabling DAD.
