Updated Node Requirements

Hi all,

I have just sent the draft in.  The updates cover the IESG DISCUSSes.

Issue tracker has been updated:

Look under both draft-ietf-ipv6-node-requirements-07.txt and draft-ietf-ipv6-node-requirements-08.txt, as the -07 addressed Bert's & Steve's comments, while -08 addresses the rest.

The draft should be out early next week, in the meantime, it can be found here:
