Brian,

I think it's best to view Ethernet CS and IPv6 CS as different foos,
even if both are for WiMAX. Thus they are not two solutions for the same
thing.

So RFC5121 is needed by hosts supporting IPv6 CS foo and
draft-ietf-16ng-ip-over-ethernet-over-802.16 for host supporting
Ethernet CS foo.
