[Isms] ssh notifications and draft-ietf-isms-secshell-10

Hi,

to make progress on draft-ietf-isms-secshell, we need to turn results
of discussion threads into concrete words to be put into the document.
It will help our editor tremendously if those who have been following
the discussion closely can take a look at draft-ietf-isms-secshell-10
and come up with concrete proposals what should be added or changed.

It seems that some of the issues discussed recently are already
covered (or at least implicitely covered) and it seems some other
discussion topics are more likely candidates for an appendix where
some background information is provided while yet other stuff seems to
be implementation considerations since we assume SSH configuration to
be out of scope for this work.

So please, help us by taking a look at the document and sending out
proposals what you think need to be changed or let us know that you
took a look at the documents and they appear to be fine already.
