I'm sure most of you saw the announcement, but just as a reminder: the
first WG version of the draft was posted on Sept 1st.  Comments
appreciated.

- The contained MIB now reflects the discussion during the WG meeting in
  Stockholm
- A number of other edits
- Not, however, the edits given to me by Dave Shield on paper; those are
  next on my todo list
