[karp] s/kmart/karp on BoF page

The BoF page for IETF76
(
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/bof/trac/wiki/BifIETF76 ) currently uses
"KMART" and lists the kmart at ietf.org mail list. Perhaps we
should s/kmart/karp on this?

We may also want to link to the most recent charter update on the
list.
