Hi, 
  After the 63rd IETF meeting, we have some ideas about next generation network. A engineer maybe like to study the reasearch based actual problem in engineering. A scientist maybe like to to study the reasearch based on theory. It is not easy to integrate them together.
  It is fortunately that the draft-zhang-l3vpn-vr-mcast-01 integrate theory and engineering wonderfully. The details are as follows:
1 There are some disadvantages in current network structure.
1.1	Multiple services is combined with host simplest.
1.2	The host is combined with IP address simplest.
2	We need an integrated network. We proposed two schemes.
2.1	The different services is mapped together.
2.2	The transmit is separated from services and the advantage is security and effective. 
3	The draft is a realization of above schemes.
3.1	In CE(customer edge), multiple multicast services are mapped together. So the scheme of 2.1 is realizes.
3.2	IN PE (provider edge), the encapsulation of multicast packet is completed and transmited in backbone network. So the scheme of 2.2 is realized.
