[lemonade] IANA entry naming issue

WG consensus is to establish a new registry for compression algorithms. 
Fine. Then the IANA entry for the IMAP4 capability has to change. It 
was for COMPRESS=DEFLATE, now it has to be for COMPRESS=*.

There are three older examples. RFC 4314 directs the IANA to add 
'RIGHT=' to the IMAP4 Capabilities Registry. The SORT and THREAD 
extensions add SORT and THREAD. In all three cases, the actual 
capability is A=B. What should I add, COMPRESS or COMPRESS=?
