The attached version doesn't address some of the issues I've brought up on the mailing list this week. Please review this version during the next week (while I am on holidays). Note that some editorial comments are enclosed in <<>>. They either mark some text that needs to be changed or they ask some questions that need to be addressed. I would welcome comments on such editorial comments.
