ACK, that was clear, I got that from the context.

It's interesting to dig through historical pages, the JTC1/SC2
liaison was apparently arranged by Brian as IAB Chair in 1996
to get online access on ISO 10646:

What's a "convener", something like a Chair or an AD ?  I've
found the TC37/SC2 page:

64 CHF for a look into 21 pages of an ISO 639-5 draft, I can
see a minor problem here, along the line of "It's dead, Jim".
