I agree with Doug re Mark's wording but would suggest the following:

6. No more than one script subtag may be used in a language tag.

6. Script sub tags are limited to one per language tag.

customarily written in one script (e.g. en-Latn SHOULD NOT be used) or where
the item being tagged is not written (e.g. spoken content).
