That could happen with deprecated tags or subtags.  We have three records
with description "Hebrew" in 4645bis-00, and one of those is the script.

That's apparently what it says for readers of this thread.  Is "inverting
any comma-separated string" also obvious for readers of 4646bis, or does
it need an example ?
