Obviously there would be no point in enumerating all mechanically possible forms, so the intention would be to enumerate the ones which make sense, and leave the rest unenumerated. However, I'm not even happy with the assumption that you can invert any two-word name: "Bella Coola" (blc) is written as two words, but it does not mean the Bella variety of Coola! -- I marvel at the creature: so secret and John Cowan so sly as he is, to come sporting in the pool cowan at ccil.org before our very window.
