I do not understand. Currently, there is no subtag "alsatian" (I
believe this is the correct orthography in english). I know that
alsatian is not a dialect of german ("de") but a dialect of alemannic
("gsw") but, today, it is not registered and hence has no prefix (full
disclosure: I'm working on a request to register it. Interested people
may join me).
