Hi Marion I didn't realise there was a "standard". As far as I know there are differing viewpoints throughout linguistics wrt language hierarchy and naming conventions. However, to answer your question, the source is the draft data from ISO FDIS 639-6 which has been compiled by GeoLang Ltd and I am happy to paste the file for Celtic here in order for you to suggest corrections/amendments. This is very much off topic for this list so it may be better to post comments and suggestions to me privately.
