I have spoken with the Editor of ISO 639-5 and am reliably informed that the MA (Library of Congress) will be making the file publicly available for free download in the very near future. The standard was only published a couple of weeks ago and ISO had hoped that the Standard as Database initiative would be up and running before publication of ISO 639-5 - in the event it is not quite in place. I will let you know as soon as this becomes available. In the meantime, I have supplied Doug with the tables from the BSI copy of the standard for inclusion within the LSR - assuming the WG agrees.
